Anything AI – Build Apps with Natural Language
Anything AI is an application development platform that uses artificial intelligence to build fully-functional web and mobile apps from natural language prompts. Developed by founders Dhruv Amin and Marcus Lowe officially launched on August 7, 2025.
Anything AI is designed for non-technical founders, entrepreneurs, and business professionals who lack the coding skills or resources to build applications traditionally. It targets a broad range of industries by offering a streamlined solution to the high costs and technical barriers associated with software development. The platform’s primary value proposition is its ability to transform a simple text description into a complete application, including a frontend, backend, and database. This innovative approach disrupts the traditional app development cycle, empowering users to validate ideas, create minimum viable products (MVPs), and deploy custom software in a fraction of the time and cost.
Best Use Cases for Anything AI
- Entrepreneurs and Startup Founders: For founders needing to test a new business idea, Anything AI provides a fast path from concept to a working prototype. It helps solve the difficulty of finding a technical co-founder or investing heavily in development before confirming market demand. Founders can use this app builder using ai to construct an MVP, complete with user authentication and a database, to show to investors and early customers.
- Small Business Owners: Business owners can apply this platform to create custom internal tools without hiring a development agency. It addresses the need for specific software to manage inventory, track customer information, or automate certain workflows. For example, a restaurant owner could build a simple app for managing reservations or staff schedules.
- Students and Educators: The platform offers a practical way for students to learn about software development and build their project ideas without needing to write complex code. It lowers the steep learning curve of programming languages. An educator could use it to show software design principles, while a student could build a functional app for a final project.
- Marketing Professionals: Marketers can create interactive web applications for campaigns, such as a custom landing page with a quiz or a lead form connected to a database. This allows them to launch digital projects quickly without depending on engineering teams, which can speed up campaign execution.
Direct No-Code Development: Unlike platforms requiring visual scripting, Anything AI builds both frontend and backend components from natural language.
Rapid Application Generation: Users can generate a functional first version of their application in minutes, significantly accelerating the prototyping and development process.
Integrated Platform: It includes a Postgres database, file storage, and user authentication (Google, X, etc.), removing the need to configure separate backend services.
Multi-Platform Export: The ability to generate code for web, iOS, and Android provides a wide reach for any application built on the platform.
High Accessibility: Its core design gives non-technical individuals the ability to build software, making app development available to a much broader audience.
Cost-Effective: By reducing the need for a large development team, the platform lowers the financial barrier to creating custom software.
AI-Assisted Debugging: The integrated AI can help identify and fix errors in the application, simplifying the often difficult process of troubleshooting
Credit Consumption: Heavy usage or complex app generation can use credits quickly, which could lead to higher costs for users on tiered plans.
Few External Reviews: As a new tool, it lacks a large number of user reviews on major platforms like G2 or Capterra, making it harder to evaluate long-term satisfaction.
Potentially Simple Designs: AI-generated user interfaces are functional but may lack the unique look of a professionally crafted design without additional customization.
Developing Community: The user community and third-party support materials are still growing, which may limit access to peer help compared to more established platforms.
-
Natural Language Prompting: The core function that allows users to describe their desired app in plain English.
-
AI App Generation: The AI engine interprets prompts to write and assemble the application’s code.
-
Built-in Postgres Database: Every app includes a ready-to-use database for data storage and management.
-
Integrated User Authentication: Provides pre-built sign-up and login flows with options for email/password, Google, Facebook, and X.
-
Stripe Integration: Allows for the addition of payment processing for e-commerce or subscription-based applications.
-
Web and Mobile App Creation: Generates applications that are ready for deployment on the web and as native iOS and Android apps.
-
AI Model Integration: Supports connections to AI models like GPT-4o and Claude 3.5 Sonnet for building AI-native features.
-
Customizable UI: Offers tools to refine and alter the visual design of the application’s user interface.
-
Automatic Error Fixing: The AI assists in detecting and resolving bugs within the application’s code.
-
File Storage: Includes built-in functions for managing file uploads and storage.

Tech Pilot’s Verdict on Anything AI
I have evaluated many no-code and low-code platforms, and a lot of them require you to think like a developer, connecting logic blocks and manually setting up databases. My purpose in testing Anything AI was to see if it could deliver on its central promise: could I use only plain English to build a working app?
For my first test, I tried the AI App builder function by using the following prompt: “Create an app for a pet shop, which has a primary focus on selling pet’s food and providing grooming services.” The platform processed this and generated an app with two main sections: a product gallery for pet food and a booking form for grooming appointments.
The e-commerce part was surprisingly solid, with placeholders for product images, descriptions, and prices, and it was already linked to a database. The grooming service section included a basic form with fields for pet name, owner contact, and desired service. However, it required further prompts to build out a calendar view for appointment selection. This test confirmed that this tool excels at creating the foundational structure of an app almost instantly, but complex logic, like scheduling, requires more specific, iterative instruction.
The pricing model is sensible, but requires attention. The free credits are enough for a small project, but constructing a complex app will require a paid plan. The value is apparent. A monthly subscription costs much less than hiring a freelance developer. The learning curve is almost flat if you can clearly describe what you want.
Top Alternatives to Anything AI
-
Replit: Replit is an online coding environment that also has an AI App Builder. Unlike Anything AI, which is strictly no-code, Replit is a full development environment. This makes it a better selection for developers who want AI help but still need to write and manage their code. Its pricing is aimed at developers needing hosting and computing resources. Replit is stronger for technical users, while Anything AI is better suited for non-technical founders.
-
Bubble: Bubble is a powerful visual development platform for building web applications without code. It offers more granular control over design and logic than Anything AI and has a massive library of plugins. However, Bubble has a steeper learning curve and does not natively build for iOS and Android. It is a better choice for users who need deep customization and are willing to invest time in learning a more complex tool.
- Dyad: Dyad is an app builder using ai that is distinct because it is free, open-source, and runs on your local machine. This makes it the best choice for users with privacy needs or developers who want to fit the tool into a custom workflow without a cloud platform. Its main weakness compared to Anything AI is the absence of a managed, all-in-one platform; users handle their own hosting and infrastructure.
Final Verdict
Anything AI is a very useful tool for solo founders, entrepreneurs, and small businesses. It successfully turns ideas into apps with great speed and simplicity. While it won’t take the place of development for complex, enterprise-level software, it is an excellent tool for creating MVPs, internal tools, and simple customer applications.
