Coderblock is an AI vibe coding platform that builds websites and apps from a chat. See if Coderblock is free, what Pro costs and how its credits work.
Describe a portfolio, a booking site, a CRM or an online store, and Coderblock generates the frontend, backend and database, then hosts it. You keep editing by chatting, and you can download the code at any time.
What is Coderblock and why is it new?
Coderblock is built by Coderblock S.r.l. in Palermo, Italy, and Coderblock, Inc. in Delaware, and was founded by Danilo Costa. After about two years of development and an early-access phase with roughly 500 users, it opened sign-ups to everyone on September 30, 2026, with a live LinkedIn demo, according to Pasquale Pillitteri (September 30, 2026).
Its main selling point is model choice. On the homepage you can pick GPT-6.1 Sol, Sonnet 5.5, Opus 5.5, Kimi K3, GLM 5.2, DeepSeek V4 Pro and other models, or leave it on Auto and let Coderblock choose.
How Coderblock works
- Describe your idea in a sentence, or start from one of 20+ templates such as a restaurant, law firm or SaaS site.
- Coderblock generates the project: pages, components, database, login and file storage.
- Refine by chatting: ask for changes and watch them applied.
- Publish: go live on Coderblock’s hosting, buy or connect a domain, and add Stripe payments, analytics or Supabase.
Coderblock Pricing (2026)
We checked the Coderblock pricing page on October 5, 2026. Prices include VAT.
| Plan | Monthly billing | AI credits | Key limits |
|---|---|---|---|
| Community | $0 forever | 20 (lifetime) | 2 AI-assisted projects, public repositories, 10MB uploads |
| Pro | $25/month | 100 per month | Unlimited projects, private repositories, AI video and voice |
| Business | $50/month | 200 per month | Everything in Pro, fewer credits per message, priority support |
| Enterprise | Custom | Custom | On-premise deployment, SSO, SLA |
At launch, new accounts get 20 free credits, and starting the 14-day Pro trial adds 10 more, according to the launch coverage. Credits per message depend on the model you choose.
Is Coderblock worth it? The free Community plan is enough to test a small site. If you plan to keep building, credits are the real limit, so watch how fast you use them before you pay for Pro.
Best use cases for Coderblock
- Small business websites: restaurants, studios and agencies from a template.
- Simple web apps: booking systems, CRMs and member areas with login and a database.
- Online stores: product catalogs with Stripe checkout.
- Prototypes for founders: test an idea before hiring developers, then export the code.
Limitations
- Small free allowance: 20 lifetime credits run out quickly.
- Unproven at scale: it has only been open to everyone since September 30, 2026.
- Agent Team isn’t live yet: the multi-agent feature is marked coming soon on every plan.
- Credit costs vary: premium models use more credits per message.
- Name confusion: older Capterra and Crunchbase listings describe an earlier Coderblock product.
Coderblock alternatives
- Base44: builds apps from a prompt with a database and hosting built in.
- Emergent: an agent-based app builder for more complex projects.
- Bolt Forge: Bolt.new running on open-source models at a lower price.
- 10Web: an AI builder focused on WordPress websites.
TechPilot.ai’s Verdict on Coderblock
Coderblock is a solid newcomer to vibe coding: it bundles the backend, hosting and domains, lets you pick from a wide range of AI models and lets you keep your code.
It’s very new and its free allowance is small, so treat it as a tool to test. Build a small project on the free plan, check how many credits your edits use, and compare it with Base44 or Bolt before committing.
