Hello Haven is a personal AI digital twin you can call, text or email that remembers you and gets tasks done. See Hello Haven pricing, the beta and limits.

Instead of starting every chat from scratch, Haven builds a private memory graph of your preferences, relationships and past decisions, then uses it to act the way you would. You can reach the same Haven by phone call, text message, email, the web app or its iPhone and Android apps.

What is Hello Haven and why is it new?

Hello Haven, Inc. came out of stealth on September 17, 2026 with Haven, which it calls a personal AI digital twin, and a $15 million pre-seed round led by Mayfield. It was founded by Frank Addante, a six-time entrepreneur who previously founded Rubicon Project, and Duc Chau. The company says people had interacted with their Havens more than 2 million times since the private beta opened in August.

The pitch is a step beyond a normal assistant. “While a personal assistant knows what you asked it to do, Haven knows what you would do and proactively does it for you,” Addante said at launch. Haven also picks which AI model to use for each task, drawing on more than 500 models and 100 app integrations, so you don’t have to choose between chatbots. It’s one of the more ambitious personal AI agents to launch this fall.

How Hello Haven works

  1. Sign up free at my.hellohaven.ai or in the iPhone or Android app. No credit card is needed during the beta.
  2. Reach it any way you like: call Haven’s phone number, send a text, email it or use the app.
  3. Ask for anything: a daily briefing, inbox triage, follow-ups, returns, orders or phone calls on your behalf.
  4. Set recurring tasks in plain language, such as a reminder text or a call before each appointment.
  5. Let it learn: the more you talk, the more Haven’s memory graph learns how you want things handled. Haven can also reach out to you first.

In return for free access, Hello Haven asks beta users for honest feedback that shapes the product. It hasn’t said when the beta ends or what paid plans will cost, so expect pricing to change once it leaves beta. Standard carrier rates may apply when you call or text Haven’s US phone number.

Is it worth trying? Yes. It costs nothing during the beta, and the phone and text access makes it easy to test with real errands.

Best use cases for Hello Haven

  • Busy parents and caregivers: keep track of appointments, school and family logistics.
  • Inbox and follow-ups: triage email and send follow-ups you would forget.
  • Errands by phone: returns, orders and calls handled for you.
  • Daily briefings: a morning summary of what matters today.
  • Reminders that act: recurring texts or calls before meetings, a step up from the usual productivity agents.

Limitations

  • Beta product: features and access may change, and the end date isn’t public.
  • No published pricing: post-beta costs are unknown.
  • US phone number: calling and texting Haven uses a US number.
  • Deep personal data: Haven works best when it knows a lot about you; Hello Haven says your memory graph is private and owned by you.
  • Developer platform not live: the planned no-code app platform and “sign in with Haven” are still announcements.

Hello Haven alternatives

  • Meta Muse: Meta’s personal agent with a free tier and $20 or $100 plans.
  • Rene: an agent that works inside iMessage and WhatsApp group chats.
  • OpenAI Dots: always-on agents included with ChatGPT Pro.
  • Wajo Fo: an action agent with a free Fo Mini plan.

TechPilot.ai’s Verdict on Hello Haven

Hello Haven is one of the most accessible personal agents so far: you can literally call or text it, and its memory carries across every channel. The digital twin idea, acting the way you would, is ambitious, and the founding team has a strong track record.

It’s still a beta with no published pricing, and it asks for a lot of personal context. Since it’s free right now, it’s worth testing on real errands before paid plans arrive.
